AI workflow platform

AI workflows that improve real processes.

Consulting plus reusable workflow technology that helps your organization apply AI to useful business processes, with human review and operational controls designed in from the start.

Exploratory pillar: Altuur delivers AI workflow work today through consulting and engineering. There is no generally available platform, product name, or published pricing yet. This page describes the direction, not a product you can sign up for.

Our approach

Automation is only useful when it fits the process it serves. We work through four steps, in order, before anything runs unattended.

1. Understand the process

We map how the work happens today: who does what, which systems are involved, and where time and errors accumulate.

2. Identify useful automation

We pick the steps where AI removes real effort or risk, and leave alone the ones where it would only add complexity.

3. Connect AI to systems and data

We wire models to the software and data sources your process depends on, so outputs land where the work actually happens.

4. Design human review and controls

We define where people review, approve, or override, and add the operational controls that keep the workflow accountable.

Areas of exploration

Four areas we are actively exploring with clients and in our own engineering. None of them is a finished product.

Agentic software development

How AI agents can take on bounded engineering tasks under review, informed by our current agentic AI development engagement.

Compliance and guardrails

How to constrain what a workflow may do, record what it did, and keep a person accountable for the outcome.

Routing and connectors

How requests, documents, and events move between models, people, and the systems you already run.

Workflow engine

How the reusable parts of client work could become a shared engine for defining, running, and observing AI workflows.

From consulting to platform

Consulting and engineering come first: they establish what your organization actually needs, deliver practical improvements you can measure, and surface the components that can grow into a broader workflow platform. Subscription or usage-based pricing for that platform is a possible future direction, not a confirmed model.
