Professional services

Engineering help that ships.

Altuur provides hands-on engineering, architecture, and implementation support so your team turns requirements into working systems.

What we do

We help you design, build, integrate, and improve software systems. The work spans six areas, and most engagements combine several of them.

Software engineering

We design and build software alongside your team: new services, integrations, and the parts of an existing system that need careful hands.

Cloud architecture

We help you structure cloud and network infrastructure across providers and on-premises environments, so your deployment pattern stays consistent as you grow.

Identity and security integration

We integrate authentication, authorization, and access control into your applications and APIs, so identity is checked before requests reach your code.

Modernization

We modernize established systems in stages, keeping your business running while the architecture changes underneath it.

Technical advisory

We review your architecture, technology choices, and delivery plans, and give you a clear recommendation you can act on.

Implementation support

We stay with you through rollout: integration, deployment, operations handover, and the questions that appear once a system meets real traffic.

How we engage

Three engagement models. We scope and contract each one according to what your project needs.

Scoped projects

A defined outcome, timeline, and scope. Suited to work where the requirements are clear enough to estimate up front.

Time-and-materials

Ongoing engineering capacity billed for the time spent. A signed engagement for agentic AI system development is under way on this model.

Advisory

Short, focused engagements: architecture reviews, technology selection, and a second opinion before a major decision.

What you receive

Every engagement ends with outputs your team can use without us. These are the typical deliverables by engagement type; the written scope names the exact ones for your project.

Architecture review

A written assessment of your current architecture, prioritized recommendations, and a target architecture you can plan against.

Modernization assessment

An inventory of the systems in scope, a risk register, and a phased plan that keeps the business running while the architecture changes.

Integration or implementation project

Working software, deployment configuration for your environments, and handover documentation so your team can operate what we built.

AI workflow discovery

A map of the process as it runs today, a shortlist of candidate automations, and a pilot proposal for the first one worth building.

How an engagement starts

Four steps from first contact to kickoff. Nothing is billed before the agreement is signed.

1. Initial conversation

You describe the system, the constraint, and the timeline. We ask what we need to understand the problem and tell you whether we are the right fit.

2. Written scope

We send a written scope that lists the deliverables, the timeline, and the engagement model we propose.

3. Agreement

We agree terms in writing, including how the work is billed and what you receive at the end.

4. Kickoff

Work begins with a kickoff that confirms access, contacts, and the first milestone.

Where Secure Ingress fits

Our services can support your adoption of Altuur Secure Ingress, from the first connected workload to a repeatable deployment pattern across environments. They also address technology needs that have nothing to do with the product: engineering capacity, architecture decisions, and modernization work on your own terms.

Who you work with

You work directly with Altuur's founder, Henrik Falck, whose background spans software engineering, engineering leadership, identity and authentication, solution architecture, and enterprise modernization. His experience includes browser engineering, leading engineering at an identity and authentication platform, and consulting on banking modernization. Read more on the company page.
